Scoville Heat Scale Chart for Hot Sauces and Hot Peppers

On my other Web site, ScottRobertsWeb.com, I’ve built a searchable, sortable database of hot sauces and hot chile peppers, listed by how they rate on what is known as the Scoville Scale of Hotness. The Scoville Scale measures the amount of a food or sauce’s capsaicin, which is the molecular substance that gives chile peppers their heat. I’m wanting to expand on it quite a bit, eventually creating a searchable encyclopedia of hot foods. But for now, you can view the heat chart here: Scoville Scale Chart for Hot Sauce and Hot Peppers.
